WHY THE OLD CODE STOPPED

Some QR services send every scan through their own website. When a trial ends, that middle step can stop working—even though you already paid to print your materials.
Your replacement code stores the destination you enter directly. Scans go there without an AnswerGlass redirect or subscription. Keep that website online, and the printed pattern continues to point to it.

Can you switch my old QR code back on?+
No. If the old code points to a domain owned by another provider, we cannot change that link. This product creates a different printed code that you physically put over the old one.
Can I use a free QR generator instead?+
Yes. Free generators exist. The $19 is for the prepared, correctly sized print-file package and sticker-sheet layout, not exclusive access to QR technology.
Will my new code expire?+
The static QR pattern has no AnswerGlass subscription or scan limit. It keeps encoding the same destination. That destination must remain online, accessible, and under your control. We cannot guarantee website uptime or permanent access.
What if I already handed out the cards?+
We cannot update cards or flyers you cannot physically access. This is for stock you still have, installed signs you can reach, and future print runs.
Are physical stickers included?+
No. You buy digital files only. You supply suitable sticker paper and printing, or take the single-patch PDF/SVG to your print shop.
Will this fit any label sheet or any surface?+
The sheet PDF supports Letter and A4 full-sheet adhesive paper for cutting yourself. It does not align to pre-cut Avery or other label stock. Curved, glossy, tiny, or damaged surfaces need particular care and a physical test.
What happens after payment?+
Stripe processes your one-time payment. After it is confirmed, your download page provides the clean files. Save your download link; it remains available for 30 days. You can print unlimited copies of that one design.
