AI Disclaimer

Effective July 27, 2026

AnswerGlass makes AI output easier to inspect. It does not make AI infallible. A transparent wrong answer is still a wrong answer.

AI can be confidently wrong

Artificial-intelligence systems generate responses from patterns, instructions, available context, and provider tools. They can invent facts, citations, quotations, dates, calculations, people, cases, products, or events. Multiple models can repeat the same error. Agreement is useful evidence, but it is not proof.

What Glass View means

Glass View presents useful information about how AnswerGlass produced a response: models contacted, outside evidence retrieved, model agreement, uncertainty, timing, and provider errors. It is an application-level execution and evidence trace.

Glass View is not direct access to a model’s neural activations, complete internal processing, hidden system instructions, or private chain of thought. Any explanation or summary of reasoning is generated for the user and may omit influences or simplify what occurred.

Confidence is not a probability guarantee

A High, Medium, or Low confidence label is a practical signal based on factors such as model agreement, provider availability, and supporting evidence. It is not a scientifically calibrated probability and should not be interpreted as “percent correct.”

Citations and current information

A source link shows where supporting information was retrieved; it does not guarantee that the source is accurate, unbiased, current, or correctly interpreted. Websites and live data can change after an answer is generated. Open cited material, check its date and context, and prefer primary authoritative sources for important decisions.

Not professional advice

AnswerGlass does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, safety, emergency, or other professional advice. For decisions that can materially affect health, rights, finances, employment, housing, credit, insurance, security, or public safety, consult a qualified professional who can review your actual circumstances.

If you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not wait for or rely on an AI response.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use generated content. Verify important facts, calculations, quotations, and citations. Review output for bias, confidentiality, intellectual property, and legal requirements before publishing, purchasing, submitting, or acting on it.

Report a problem

If an AnswerGlass response appears dangerously wrong, misleading, improperly sourced, or privacy-invasive, email the question and a description of the issue to hey@answerglass.com. Please remove sensitive personal information before sending.
